Background: This is a classic from the artist. Jayashree has an excellent background in freehand drawings of flowers and admires ornamental flowers. Her association with flowers stems from her love for nature and all things beautiful and colorful. The Bouvardia flowers are grown in sub tropical climate and is painted as an inspiration from a picture. As you can see the leaves don't appear typical to the plant but is given a grassy treatment for dramatization and make the flowers stand out.
